First, click on the My Computer icon on your desktop. Then, click on Dial-Up Networking. Click on the Sol Tec Internet Icon.

Next, a window will open. It should have a box with your username, password, and a place to type your dial-up number. Change your dial-up number to

Then click on Connect to connect to Sol Tec now, or close the window if you want to connect later.
