In this example, we used username@soltec.net as our example account.
You would put your username in place of the example below.
For example, if your username is chris then you would update chris to be chris@soltec.net

Open Outlook 2000, and then click TOOLS->ACCOUNTS

Then Click on the MAIL tab, select your email account, and then click PROPERTIES

Select the SERVERS tab and change the username field by adding @soltec.net to the end of your username.
Also, make sure the checkbox next to My server requires authentication is checked.

Now click OK and then CLOSE
